Refund & Cancellation policy

🔄 Return Policy

At Inside Homeo Clinic, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is simple:

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags/packaging.
• Please include the original invoice and courier receipt in the return package.
• Return Method: Returns are accepted By Post.
• Return Label: Shipping costs for returns are the Customer's responsibility.
• Restocking Fee: A flat restocking fee of INR 60 will be applied to all returns.

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.

• Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of receiving the return.
• Refund Method: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Source Account) within 5 to 7 business days.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order is dispatched/shipped, it cannot be canceled.
